Airsoft as a Corporate Team-Building Tool

Suurpea Airsoft organises corporate events in Tallinn (Harku) and Loksa (Suurpea). Our experienced game masters design scenarios that encourage teamwork, strategic thinking and clear communication. Groups of 10 to 60 participants are welcome, and we can scale the event to fit your team's size and objectives.

Event Format
We provide all equipment: replica airsoft firearms, protective face masks, tactical vests and BBs. No prior airsoft experience is needed — our game masters conduct a thorough safety and rules briefing before any game begins. We follow Naissaare Airsoft safety standards and joule limits throughout the event.
A typical corporate event includes multiple game rounds with different objectives, giving everyone multiple opportunities to lead and support. After each round, our game masters facilitate a brief debrief, connecting the on-field experience to team dynamics and professional skills.
Locations
Corporate events are held primarily at two locations:
- Harku, Tallinn — Convenient access from central Tallinn, suitable for large groups.
- Suurpea, Loksa — A more immersive outdoor setting for teams looking for an away-day experience.
With prior arrangement, events can be organised in Suure-Jaani, Naissaare, Haapsalu, Viljandi, or at a client-confirmed venue.
