Airsoft team events go beyond typical team building. When a group steps onto the field, rank and title disappear — what matters is how well the team communicates, trusts each other and adapts to changing circumstances. The challenges of an airsoft mission map directly onto the challenges of professional collaboration, making every scenario a practical exercise in teamwork.
Suurpea Airsoft organises team events in Tallinn (Harku) and Loksa (Suurpea). Our experienced game masters design the scenarios to maximise team interaction and create situations where players must depend on each other to succeed. We work with groups of 10 to 60 participants and can scale the event format accordingly.

Event Structure
A typical team airsoft event includes several mission rounds, each with a different objective and structure. The variety ensures that different team members can shine in different scenarios. Between rounds, our game masters facilitate structured debriefs that connect the field experience to team dynamics and workplace skills.
All equipment — replica airsoft firearms, protective face masks, tactical vests and BBs — is provided by us. No prior experience is needed. Every participant receives a full safety and rules briefing before the first game begins. We follow Naissaare Airsoft safety standards throughout.
Locations
Team events are held primarily at:
- Harku, Tallinn — Easy to reach, well-equipped, suitable for larger groups.
- Suurpea, Loksa — A more immersive outdoor setting, ideal for a genuine away-day experience.
With prior arrangement, team events can also be organised in Suure-Jaani, Naissaare, Haapsalu, Viljandi, or at a client-confirmed venue.
